The mother daughter team behind Namaste Publishing, publisher of some of the world’s most famous spiritual authors, pay tribute to their collective insights with a book of their own.

While on a family vacation, Constance Kellough sat down to do some writing.  Unexpectedly, a charming, playful, and wise character showed up – Bizah.  The stories of his life with his Master and friends started to flow through her and on to the page. 

She shared these stories in her meditation teachings, urging the participants when they listened to them to do so mindfully.  They loved Bizah and quickly learned the lessons he had to teach them. In time, it became clear the world needed to meet him too. 

Meet the Author

Constance Kellough is Founder and Publisher of Namaste Publishing and author of two additional books: The Leap: Are You Ready to Live a New Reality? (no longer in print) and The HOW to Inner Peace (published 2021).

Constance is a visionary who popularized the self-help genre, bringing evolutionary, spiritual teachings to the forefront of modern culture. Her first publication, The Power of Now introduced Eckhart Tolle to the world. Since 1997, she has gone on to publish more groundbreaking, inspirational books by such authors as Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Michael Brown and Dr. David Berceli. These books and many others have changed the dialogue around Spirituality, Conscious Parenting and Trauma Release practice worldwide.

Mary Kellough is a Graphic and Interior Designer, Content Creator and Marketing Strategist. She has contributed to Namaste Publishing since its inception, playing key roles in Administration, Editorial, Creative and Production. She lives on a vineyard in the birthplace of Bizah - Naramata, BC, Canada - with her family and two dogs, Dharma and Jeera.  The Chronicles of Bizah, A Student of Truth is her first illustrated book.
